1. FECIF member performs his/her activity of financial intermediation and advice with the highest degree of integrity and places the client’s interests above their own private interests at all times.

2. FECIF member remains objective at all times and disclose to clients any possible conflicts of interest. When performing professional services he/she shall inform the client whether he/she is independent or representing an employer.

3. FECIF member performs all professional services with the best due care and competence in a manner that brings honor and dignity to the profession. In order to maintain the highest level of professional competence he/she shall continuously educate themselves.

4. FECIF member complies with all laws and regulations where he/she carries out professional services. He/she shall assume only tasks relevant to their license and professional competence.
